A Year in Reflection by Fr James Mc Sweeney

A Year in reflection is a daily thought and photograph by Fr James McSweeney giving us a moment of reflection in a busy world. It has 366 pages in full colour and I have to say that finding it in my friend's house was just a special treat. I couldn't put it back on the table. It is such an attractive book of stunning pictures and lovely reflections I think it would help brighten even the darkest of winter mornings. Another friend of mine uses it to find a thought to use for her daily class prayer with young people at school. Fr James has a keen sharp eye for the beauty in our world and I love his quote from Tim Hansel "Life becomes precious and more special to us when we look for the little everyday miracles and get excited about the privileges of simply being human" It's a book many would love as a birthday present or just a gift from a friend for friendship's sake ! All I can say is I hope you get it!
